Heimdall must not independently approve design, certify engineering adequacy, make accountable safety decisions or issue contractual records. Authorised project roles retain decisions and approvals.
Potential sources include approved SharePoint or document-control systems. Identity, permissions, source authority, write-back, hosting, local caching, AI processing, retention and project rules require project-specific agreement and testing.
Available evidence describes concept incubation and a pre-Investigator architecture. The design is explicitly not build-ready. Availability can only be assessed through discovery and a later, separately approved scope.
